Insert Picture in cell using Vba

Hi all
Does anyone have any code for the following or can help me out!

for work I have done a sheet and cell L9 I would like the user to be able to insert a picture in that cell, they will be able to choose from any pictures in the pictures folder on the computer but the picture would also need to be resized to fit in the cell, preferably the picture should be embedded,

Or you should start to create your own procedure just activating the Macro Recorder and operating manually.
Then after if you need any optimization so post the generated code here (with code tags as per forum rules) …
