Filling collumns with different vallues

Hello,

i could use some help.
im that good in VBA but i know it's possible in VBA.

Here is my problem:
i have a sheet where employes can fill in a code (their taskcode) and time spend.

Now we have a roster that defines task per 15 mins. instead of manually changing it by hand i want it so i can copy and paste it in the roster.

So what i want to figure out is how i can fill in the collumns with code x time (example code 30: time 1:15 would translate in to 30 30 30 30 30).
If the 3 tasks are all filled in the rest of the range can be 0 and ends with 26 26 (lunch half hour)

I've attach the file. I could be overthinking it but i cant find it anywhere


I hope anyone has some suggestions how to get this done
