I wanted to import .csv file to PowerQuery Data model. I don't want to render the .csv data onto the excel sheets as its more than 10 lakhs + i want to perform more operations on the csv data. Can anyone help me with the same?

? You don't need VBA, nor do you have to load the data to sheets.
Just use PowerQuery -> From File -> From Text/CSV. You can perform transformations within PowerQuery Editor. Then instead of loading to sheet, set it to load to Data model.
Then you can use Pivot Table to summarize data.
