VB code to do page setup and find page breaks

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
I need VB code to do following.
1. Need to do page Setup as follows
Landscape
Top Margin = 0.2
Bottom Margin = 0.2
Right Margin = 0.2
Left Margin = 0.2
Zoom to 90%

2. Once done, find the horizontal page breaks and insert 2 rows and copy row# 2 and 3 so that, it becomes
header for the new page
