Transfer calculations of Sheet to an UserForm

Hello dear people,

I have a little box I made in excel to make some calculation for personal use, I want to transfer it to an UserForm but unfortunately I don't know how. I'll attach the file here, I'll glad if you can check it.

The rows 2 to 7 are hidden, there are the calculations, you can deploy it in case you need it. Additionally I already create the UserForm with the labels and the text cases.

I want to transfer all of this Sheet to a UserForm because I want to execute it and open just the UseForm and calculate what I need in real time, without need to open the entire Excel Sheet, I think is more comfortable for me

The B1 cell is the only cell I need to edit, because in the cell B8 I visualize the result of the calculation.

I hope you can help me, once again!

With no knowledge on what this calculation is actually for it's not easy to say if there's a better method but the code below will do what you need.
