I have been using Excel for many years but only in a basic way. Now I have been asked to process registrations for a social group conference and am using Excel to do this. Among others I have fields - first name, email address and date registered and want to generate confirmation letters when and as they register.

I would like to be able run a macro to produce the letters for members who have registered after a given date. The form letter would be the same for all members apart from the first names and of course the email addresses

It will be appreciated if one of your members would be able to give me some guidance with this.
