Moving a row of data from one sheet to another upon selection of item in drop down li

So I'm sure this question has been answered before, however going through the posts I haven't yet found something suitable to my needs.

Problem: When drop down list item under status is selected that being "Completed" that entire row should move from the "Current" to the "Completed" worksheet still keeping the data under each heading.

I know this task may be simple, but I am stumped. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks in advanced.
