Advanced Filter - extract range missing or invalid field name

I thank you again! I realized I had and the wrong columns in the sheet3. You made me realize the range I had set to find the LastRw was incorrect too. The attached file is the what I wanted to see happen. The 'WEPS_QUALS_RPT' is the finished product for this portion of the project. Now, it back to figuring out the Advanced Filter issues on the 'Events' Sheet (not in this file).

Advanced Filters are fast and really make this application quick.
