Delete Multiple Columns based on Header Name

I was wondering if anyone could be of assistance with me removing multiple columns within each worksheet if they do not equal either "Def Interceptions or Tackles". The data where this condition would start under column J. I have also attached my workbook as a point of reference.

Is there a way to remove all columns if they are not under this header? Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi
I am guessing you want to keep all columns under the merged cells in row 1 with your specified headings. If so, try this macro
