Print one page xy times, page numbering only even (or odd) numbers

Hello,
I would like to print one page for example from 1-100 (The code for that I have, but the numbering will be from 1-100) but only even pages which are numbered at the end of the page. I need numbering at the end of pages for example 2,4,6,8,10

I have code for printing even or odd pages, but I don't know how to combine this two things.
