The fastest way to find first occurrence of fullfilled condition

Hi,

i have table:

and i want to find the corresponding month where (Sum is > 86 000 zł) + 1 month.

So condition is fulfilled in month 8, but we have + 1 so the result should be = 9 (month 9).

What is the fastest solution in VBA to find this occurrence?
I am working on listobjects.
