This is a follow up to a recent post, where I got fantastic help from BadlySpelledBuoy. I thought I was ready to launch this process however I have run into a problem which I can’t solve.
I work in a health care facility and had been tasked with creating a menu planner for the campus, (my VBA knowledge is limited apart from watching You Tube and surfing the web).
Basically, each ward/house/location will log on and create a daily menu for each Patient/resident through a Userform(which has a warning message). In the morning, when the Kitchen staff arrive, they will then run a program that will reach out to each location over the network and collect all meal requirements and combine them into a daily plan for the kitchen
I have 13 sub folders in a folder on the network called “Foodmanagement”.
Each of these folders represents a ward/house/location on the campus, this is where my problem lies, I can’t figure out how to open the “Food management folder and each subfolder (each has a location name) and then each file and then combine only the latest data.
I have added the examples of the house order form and the kitchen master (this is the one that loops across the network, had to condense it as it was so big).
Any help is greatly appreciated
