Macro to calculete Net Value

I have values in Col b and in Col C

I have a macro to compute the difference between the value in Col B & C

The macro compute this correctly, except in certain instances, where it is return a blank in some cells (see items in yellow)


it would be appreciated if someone could assist me in resolving this
