It mentions Sheets - sheet1 & Sheet2 - Are you sure , if homework/assignment that the examiner does mean 2 workbook and not 1 workbook with 2 sheets
Sounds like they want you to do a lookup , which there are various lookups - I would suggest look at vlookup and index/match - perhaps a google search
then to colour , conditional formatting - i would suggest setting up 2 rules , 1 for RED and 1 for Green
