run time error 9 subscript out of range

I am running this code and get the runtime error 9 message

I have a sheet called Data and Sheet2 I am looking for a value in A3 to end of column A in sheet Data. The value i am lookign for is on Sheet2 E2. E2 is where the user would enter the search term and Sheet Data column A from A3 onwards is where the search for that value will take place

I don't think i have called anything by the wrong name
