I wrote this macro to delete duplicates from the columns A, E, J and K. It also deletes blanks and phone numbers with issues (e.g. 9999999999). When I do it by hand I am left with 5711 rows. When I use the macro I am left with 5676 rows. Can anyone explain why I am getting two different results?

Don't know. But why don't you just use one column, say column to flag the duplicates? Then you could have one filter and delete process.
Or, just use Remove Duplicates.
