Need to "Unpivot" Data to Standard Columnar Form

Can you give me a "nudge" in the right direction for the case where I want my months (row 1) to be in column 1, followed by account name, followed by value? I happened to have the case that was built perfectly for the link you gave, but I'm struggling to be flexible with it.

It was easier than I though. Just needed to "move" the month column after I did the unpivot.
