VBA to Hide/show Ribbon, Gridlines, Headings, Tabs and Formula bar on Open and BeforeClose

Hi All,

I have the following code to hide Ribbon, Gridlines, Headings, Tabs and Formula bar when the spreadsheet is opened (Private Sub Workbook_Open()).

The Private Sub Workbook_Open() works fine but the Private Sub Workbook_BeforeClose(Cancel As Boolean) is not switching everything back on when the file is closed.

I have attached a copy of the workbook - however beware that it may cause the above issue when opened and closed

Which bits of the code are not switching back?

It is only switching on the gridlines and Heading only
