Resource Request - Daily Data Pull and Compare

Good Morning!

I am new to the forums and I could not find an exact inquiry to this nature, so I apologize if it has been addressed previously.

I am looking for a resource to learn how to utilize Excel and/or Access 2016 to do the following daily or weekly:

1) Navigate to a website (with login required) and navigate to a specific data report (tabbed at the top of the page, so, separate link?)
2) There is an option on this page to export data to CSV - export data
3) Compare this data to another static column of data previously pulled from another source
4) Auto-sort so a particular value (The greatest difference between the pulled data and the static data) shows on top
5) Possibly auto-email results on a set schedule? (Optional)
6) Save as tab in workbook, create new tab each time

I am familiar with how to use Excel and Access as a basic tool, but this is an advanced knowledge need and beyond the scope of my understanding, however, I have seen that similar things are possible with the tool.

In many cases, forums tend to provide the answer, which I would very much appreciate; however directions to resources where I can learn to do this as well is also what I am looking for so I can supplement my knowledge and pay it forward here in the forums by possibly assisting someone in the future.
