How to optimize a group by rows macro

Hello all,

I have pretty basic VBA knowledge and pieced this code together from a couple threads. It currently functions the way I want it to by grouping/ungrouping rows and hiding them for two Sheets depending on whether the value in the designated column equals a certain value, and ends when it hits "END". My issue is that it can sometimes take up to a minute to run... If anyone here knows a way to speed this up, I'd greatly appreciate the advice.

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

The main differences between this and what I am using are:

1. There are a greater number of rows to be grouped.
2. The data in Sheet1 and Sheet2 is updated via a SUMIFS formula that changes when a key number is changed on my Key Tab. This means that the macro is also working to ungroup rows that were previously grouped based on old data which could be slowing it down???

Lastly, why does the macro also hide the rows? When I try ungrouping everything, the ungrouped rows are still hidden. Thanks in advance
