Specifying UserForm Position

How to align or reposition userform base on current cell location.
The [menu] button aligned the way i want and when [menu] button click
i want the userform show beside [menu] button too.

Thanks for quick reply sir, but work only when you are on top rows of sheet.
If you go down, like if you go to row 50 then userform didn't show beside menu button...

i'm using below code, but how can i make userform to stay beside [menu] button always.

See 'Chip Pearsons' site, without a lot of complex code there does not seem to be an easy answer.

I already checked Chip Pearson site/samples but it didn't goes the way i want...

Could anyone check this one, i tried but working only if columns width are the same.
userform is adjusting position if column width are different to others...
