Insert and grouping of rows automatically

Dear Sir,
I have the following problem,
I have so many number of columns out of which I am giving the following columns and rows for which I want solution.

BILL OF LADING NO. NO. OF CTNS
KLS0249834 7
GNTS825564 2
FUHN5924762 FBU
LSDO967525570 18
INVR0250137 A 7
CTGK250137 B 7

IN THE COLUMNS ABOVE IF I ENTER 7 ( IF I ENTER "FBU" NO ACTION), IT SHOULD INSERT 7 ROWS DOWN THAT LINE AUTOMATICALLY AND GROUP THE INSERTED ROWS AUTOMATICALLY.
BUT WHEN IT IS GROUPED THE FIRST ROW ENTERED DATA SHOULD BE VISIBLE, SHOULD NOT HIDE. I HEREWITH ATTACHED ONE EXAMPLE FOR YOUR REFERENCE PLEASE.

Look into this and provide me the solutions
