Hi guys!
This is kind of a tricky one.. I have a setup form in Excel that users fill out for new jobs and save in a specific folder (h:>new company setup>forms>Ready to Upload). I would like a macro where at the end of the day I can run it and it extracts specific data from all the setup forms saved in the Ready to Upload folder and places it in a database file, which would be saved in (G:>projects>Database). This would be done every day and the database file would always be the same, just continuously updated with the new info at the end.
I uploaded an example of the setup form. Basically the info that I'd like to extract is from the Company name, Fund, Responsible and Other responsible fields in blue, which have been named textbox2, textbox5, textbox7 and textbox8 (I'd like to use this naming convention).
I also uploaded an example of the database file where I'd like the information to be extracted to to build a growing database with the info from the forms.
If anyone can help me with this I would really appreciate it.
