macro to run an offset formula to range of cells and place results as values

Hi! asking for help for a code that will run the formula on G6:UH6 up to G44314:UH44314 of the attached workbook. But because of limited capacity of our computer I hope the code will not copy-paste the formula to the target cell range but instead run it in the background and paste the resulting values to the corresponding cells. Thanks in advance.
