based on your specific examples I believe the below *almost* works (i.e. Villages versus The Villages):

In reality these things are generally much more complex where there is no clear delimiter between each component and/or the addresses are inconsistent in terms of which elements they contain.

Show your desire output in Column D,E,F (City, State, Zip.)
I Don't understand which one is pick for state or city and also Pincode (Might be Last one)
