Modify data entry code from a column combobox.

I would need to change the code that brings me the data of the combobox in the column.
In the attached example I would like to be able to insert the combobox data in the first empty cell in the B4 range: B16 now always inserts it at the end.

Furthermore, once the data has been entered, clean the combobox.

Finally, you can have the possibility to enter the data either by sending or double clicking.
