    Extracting data on a specific date

    I have a spreadsheet with a specific cell whose value changes over time. Is it possible to program Excel (or a Google spreadsheet) to copy the value of that cell on specific dates (eg. first day of every month) into a column?

    Yes, but you’ll need VBA to do it. Thread moved to VBA section.
