Pausing/Wait functions

I did asked this question several years ago but have forgotton as my problem has arisen again.
Can someone advise the macro for either pausing a macro whilst its running or putting a "wait for certain length of time" command within the macro, please.

Timer measurement in seconds. To change interval length, change the 2. For less that 1 second use decimal values, eg. 0.1, 0.2, etc.

Is there a "wait until weekday" function please?

Application.Wait (Weekday = 4)
