Create a button with Icon and Tooltip in the quick access toolbar does not work

I developed a small macro to save the actual workbook in a dedicated backup folder. Each backup is marked with a time stamp and user note if neccessary. So I have access to older versions and in case of trouble (Excel crashes often in Office 365 on MacOS and sometimes it fails to restore the last version) I can restore a proper version. Because I use this often, I would like to place a self declaring button in the quick access bar.

    1) Created a entry in the quick access toolbar and saved the changes

    2) After reopening the setting, the original Name "CreateBackupFile" is gone and it shows "keine Bezeichnung"

    3) As result of this, I have a button in the quick access toolbar without Icon and without tooltip and thats not nice

    Any suggestions ?

    Hello AEberli

In my experience the Mac OS generally does not support users making changes to the system code or layout. While you can add a button to the QAT in Windows, I doubt the same is true for the Mac. Since I do not own a Mac, I could be wrong.
    Sincerely,
