And keeping the same format as the PDF? It may be possible via some advanced VBA, but I gave up on this some time ago. If you want to copy only the data, that can be done via clipboard. It is also possible using the Pro version from Adobe, not Adobe Reader.

I'm looking for that advanced VBA option, if it's out there.
It would I think depend on whether the pdf content is an image or actual text, and whether you have a PDF application that supports automation, like Distiller.
Everyone who confuses correlation and causation ends up dead.
I expect you'd do this by exporting the PDF to Excel using Acrobat. My version (Acrobat DC Standard) supports doing this from the user interface, but not (that I can find) via VBA. I suspect that the Professional version supports it, but don't know for a fact. Suggest you ask on an Acrobat forum.

Hello,
If I have a pdf form with defined fields, can I add one form to an existing excel file?
I am interested in filling out the form and sending some of the fields to an existing excel file.
Can this be done?
Thank you
