Update Email Address from Global Address based on Cell Value

Hi,

I have a list of names (first name, last name), i need to fetch the email from outolook global address list.
My list in A1:a100, i want the email in b1:b100.

I found a code and it bring all the contacts 5000+.

Can we bring only selected domain email address and names in Column A and B, so i can vlookup it manually as well.
