is F: the letter of the shared drive is mapped to on every users PC?

Hardcoded file locations can be problamatic if you do not change them.

The crashing is a bit odd but can have many causes.. nowdays sometimes firewall software or simular servermanagement tools may detect VBA script running to the shared drive and block that attempt causing excel crash.

    Good evening Roel.

    Yes, F: letter for all.
Do you want to say that it will be very difficult for VBA sheet to work on Share drive ?
I Will check with our IT Director tomorrow about possible issues regards to the VBA and Firewall ect.

    Thank you

In general more difficult that a the harddrive on your own laptop over which you have full control / full rights.
But how much more difficult it is really all depends on how the shared drive is setup and how tight security is and the willingness to accomodate you in setting up additional rights so it runs without interuption
