Licence plate number new format

Hi everyone,

We need to change a format of licence plate number in cells.

from Old format
ZG1234AB
ZG123AB
ZG1234A
ZG123A

to New format
ZG 1234-AB
ZG 123-AB
ZG 1234-A
ZG 123-A

In some cases we have thre numbers and in others four numbers.
Otherwise we would change text to columns and then concatenate with " ", and "-".

Can anyone help with macro
