Get OneDrive online shared file and saved it to your local disk

Hi,

i am trying to connect to one drive and download excel to local disk.

I found this link to check if specific folder is downloaded as onedrive.
http://www.excelgaard.dk/Lib/GetSpecialFolder/
But this is only when you already downloaded onedrive to your computer,
and i want to avoid this

but how to download file from one drive link?:

Goal: i want to download excel file from one drive or have possibility to choose from lists of files in folder.
