VAB Search with Multiple results to List.

I have a work sheet, with data on my sheets called Data. On my sheet Team Builder I want to put button that will bring up a Form Box that will have simply a combobox, command button to activate the search and the Listbox to show the results. I'm after away to look up and list sing or multiple results of the name select and show both the name which is column A and the corresponding data in column B, I've searched online and found ways to bring up single entries but not multiple. there is one youtube video which actually does what I'm after but 1 it takes me away from the Page that I'm on when it does the search and 2 there is a 308 error that me and others get.

My Data is located on sheet Data.

Is there anyone who knows of code or a web page that can do what I'm after??
