Hello,

I’m just getting my feet wet with VBA I’ve watched a couple videos and was able to code up something to make a bit of automation and simplify people’s lives a bit.

We have these machines in A3:A7 after one of them has been calibrated the person enters their initials into the row of the unit they used their initials go into one of the cells in the range of E3:E7 upon entering their initials I had some code that would auto populate the date and time into D3:D7 and we would change F3:F7 to calibrated.

So step 1 for me was to auto populate time and date after initials were input

Step 2 was an attempt to delete initials and time when cal req was selected in the status

And step 3 was going to be a bit more ambitious after initials are entered for the unit have the status switch to calibrated and to count down from 8 hours and switch to cal required.

Baby steps, one YouTube video at a time lol.
I Took a couple pictures of the code and excel sheet if I need to I can type it all on my phone it’s just not the easiest to type without a legitimate keyboard
