Look for unique value in col A & col C then find most recent date in col B. Delete rest

Hello VBA experts,
I have a macro that looks for the unique value in col A and then looks at the most recent date in col B, then it deletes the rest. I am needing the macro to look for the unique value in col A & C and look for the most recent date in col B. Delete the rest. Would someone be so kind and look at my macro and help me add the second unique value to the macro? Please and thank you so very much. Thanks!!!!

Thank you so much for the help. It worked perfectly. You have been a wonderful help on a few other request of mine in the past. I really... really do appreciate all your help. I will close out this request. If you have a chance, I have another request called "How to Pull line data under a heading name", that I don't seem to have anyone able to help me with that request. It is a little more odd then this was. I am sure it can be done but I haven't been able to find any searches on how to look for a suggestion.
