1 Cell Web Query Autorefreshing Price Value; Need to Generate Column List Record Of Values

I'm trying to make a list in a column showing a historical record over time of the changing values from one cell. The one cell is a web query displaying the EUR/USD conversion rate, and I have it refreshing automatically each minute. Every minute to few minutes, the cell has a new value since the conversion rate for the EUR/USD changes.

I am trying to record a list like this basically:

A.....................…B......……...C......……..D
EUR/USD Rate..................8:46...…..1.1579
1.1579...............……………...8:47...…..1.1580
.....................…......…….....8:48...…..1.1578
.................................……..8:49.......1.1579



The cell under A is the web query linked to a live rate for the EUR/USD. Every minute or whatever timeframe I choose to refresh the rate at, I need it to automatically copy and paste to under D. Whether the time also automatically posts or not does not really matter since I can just drag it down.


I have attached an example excel file as well in case this is not a clear example of what I'm trying to do. The file has the web query live refreshing each minute.


I feel like this can somewhat easily be done without VBA and/or macros but I cannot figure out how to do it.
