Page reset

Hello
How do i reset the pages. I used to see the dotted line on each page when i click “view page”.
What i did is I dragges the line up and after that it messed up all the settings on my workbook.
I tried to drag it down to see if i can see the dotted line but it ildid not work. All i see now is the bolded line on each side.

What i should do.

Excel has an undo function Ctl + Z will undo the most recent event. If you have not done anything since you did this dragging and have not saved the file, then this might work for you.
