Just one more question: Where inside this subroutine can I set the IE to invisible. What I want is not to show IE during all this. Later on I will be scrapping some data to my worksheet and I don't want to show IE at any stage.
You can change 'True' to 'False' .. That's all

I thought it is necessary for the IE to be visible in order to send ID and Password to the form.

hi i have tried this code but its not working then i evaluated the username as id in source for and password as id but i am unable to get signin button id in linkedin.
You should really start your own thread for this from my understanding. It's never great to tag onto old threads.
However looking at the code it looks like the LinkedIn website has changed, i got it to work with the below:
