How to show InputBox based off ComboBox Selection

Hi everyone! I have a ComboBox that allows a user to select "Yes" or "No". I want it to display if a user selects "No". I am currently using a macro to do this, but the InputBox shows when I doubleclick a cell to bring up a userform, I only need it to show based off the ComboBox selection. Any help would be appreciated! Here is my code:
