I have received a lot of help from the experts of this forum.So I thank everyone for providing assistance
To explain what I'm trying to get it to do:
I have a range ("A5:M5") which I want to convert it from horizontal to vertical
the objective is
Transpose And Split values from one cell to two from horizontal to vertical
I use this line to do this

What do you mean by "Split values from one cell to two"? What is in the cells now? What do you want them to look like after they are split?

Assume that you have a value 1245.01 and you want to divide it into two cells.The first cell contains the dollars and the other contains the cents
I want them to seem so after their split

No VBA required. In B10 =Int(G7)
In A10 =G7-Int(G7)

I don't think so,I am sure that this is possible, but I cannot find how to do this.

I have no idea what your last post means. I have elaborated my response and created a short VBA solution for you that does what I suggested you do with formulae.
