Populating a ListBox based on 3 ComboBox selections

Hope this mail finds you well.

As per the attached file, I am struggling to get the ListBox to populate from my sections in the 3 ComboBoxes. I would like to populate all the columns in the List.

Any Ideas?

I have been searching the internet without any good solutions based on the 3 selections.
