Check all folders for File if Exists

Hello,
I have a folder called MyMainFolder at:
C:\Users\ME\MyMainFolder
This folder contains multiple subfolders (number of subfolders vary each time).
I need a macro which looks into each subfolder (only into the first tier subfolder) and returns a message “File exists” if the subfolder contains a file named “Searched.xlsm”.
Could you please advise?
