Search separate sheets to find matching model numbers and return results in another sheet

For a little more clarification -

1.) There are three project teams (A Projects, B Projects, C Projects)
2.) Each team will work on different projects ("Project Description")
3.) Each team *MAY* be impacting the same Model number of a device we sell
4.) Need to identify which team (A,B,C) and what model number is being affected by separate projects

It's like a project "overlap" identification tool. The results should be copied and placed into the "PROJECT MATCHES" spreadsheet for review.

So the "search" criteria will be ever changing as it just needs to loop through to see if there are any "Duplicate" items/model numbers found across the three sheets (A, B, C).
