Surround your VBA code with CODE tags e.g.;
your VBA code here
The # button in the forum editor will apply CODE tags around your selected text.
Or you can use Power Query (Get & Transform Data), if you have a later version of Excel:

If I give you Power Query (Get & Transform Data) code, and you don't know what to do with it, then CLICK HERE

Yup. Other people (with later versions) might be interested in the alternate approach
I bet the OP is actually using a later version, too.
Probably - if so, he needs to update his profile!
PowerQuery is really useful and quick for this type of thing, but it's not intuitive when you first use it, so the OP (and others new to it) may require more of a helping hand with this solution.
No, there's no need to preface the answer with it, Olly, and I don't think that's what I said. I was thinking more of something like the VBA boilerplate text used by many here for those who do not know anything about VBA (e.g. "How to install your new VBA code."). However, whilst VBA has been around and established for a long, long time, PQ is relatively unknown and untested.
Anyway, let's not derail the thread.![]()
