Fill the value in excel based on selection in list box

I want to fill the value in the excel based on the selection done in the excel

If ComboBox1=Region then M3=TRUE AND P3=FALSE

IF List box1= APAC,AMERICAS AND NA THEN M5=TRUE,M6=TRUE,M7=TRUE

All other values should be false

Link ComboBox1 to a Cell. I have chosen Cell D11.

Then change your Code for ComboBox1 as shown below;
