My VBA knowledge is minimal and I am trying to get multiple excel files opened and import the data into one sheet . Sometimes this can be up to 30 + files. I open individually and manually copy this data.

We would need more information. The 2 files you posted have a different number of columns. Do you want to copy the entire sheet or only portions of it? Can the files have more than one sheet and if so, do you want to copy all the sheets in each file? Please be very detailed in your description of what you want to do. If you could attach a file that shows the final result of combing the 2 files you posted, that would be a big help. We would also need to know the full path to the folder containing the files and the file extension.
