    Updating AutoCAD Attributes with Excel

I know this is possible by exporting the attributes from AutoCAD, saving them as a text.dlt file, then importing them into Excel, making changes, then doing the whole process in reverse. I'm trying to see if this can be turned into one Bright Shiny VBA drenched command button. Anyone feeling up to the challenge? In exchange I'd speak legendary tales of you through all the Excel forums across the interweb.
