Question [Bug?] Workbook_Activate_Deactivate partly stops working after manually enlarging a table

    Hi Guys,

I hope some1 can help me with this.

I use the following code to slim down Excel a little bit while using a certain Exceltool (an open issues list for those who want to know).

This code works perfectly until I enlarge the one table I have inside the Exceltool manually downwards (adding a row with the blue corner in the right bottom of the table).

As soon as I do this the FormulaBar and the StatusBar stay hidden and this part of the macro seems to stop working. No error message no nothing...

I hope some1 knows what to do and can help. Thank you already now to all contributors.

    Do any events work afterwards?

Is there any conditional formatting in the workbook that uses a UDF?

    Hello xINitwit,

no all events stopped working (I use Change and Worksheetsheet_Activate + Deactivate + Workbook_Activate + Deactivate overall). I need to fully restart Excel to make them work again.
The only thing that strangely still works is the

    part of the code.

I had one UDF but it was not used anymore and I just deleted it without any change to the problematic.

    I just tried adding

to the Events with no effect.

Now that I think of it adding the line EnableEvent to a not working event is pretty stupid
